Jessica Clough, LCSW

“You are the expert in your life and possess the strengths needed to build the life you want”

My professional background centers on serving high-functioning adults under high-stress conditions who have experienced complex trauma. I began my career supporting veterans, first responders, and their families; populations I remain deeply connected to in my current work. I also serve adults navigating estranged relationships, particularly those shaped by high-conflict relationship dynamics. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in long term commitments that no longer serve them, and they come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, and a way forward.

I also work with adults facing significant life transitions, or a loss of identity, helping them rediscover their sense of purpose and reconnect with their values. I understand the challenge in breaking free from patterns that keep those feeling stuck, and it’s my hope to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you truly want.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), as well as certified in Multi-Channel Eye-Movement Integration (MEMI). My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and solution-focused, with my primary modalities being Solution-Focused Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
